You bought a license. The email arrived. Now what? This post walks you through the exact steps to go from confirmation email to a working, activated UnSafeExamBrowser in under two minutes.
Within 60 seconds of completing your Stripe payment, you should receive an email titled "Your UnSafeExamBrowser License". The email contains:
If the email isn't in your inbox after a minute, check your spam or junk folder. Some mail providers route automated emails there on first delivery.
Click the download button in the email. The installer is around 360 MB (or 460 MB if you bought a 1-Year or Lifetime plan, which includes the USEB Companion Browser).
Once downloaded, run the installer. No reboot is required, and there is no complicated setup wizard — just a single click to install.
After installation, open UnSafeExamBrowser from your Desktop shortcut or from the Start menu.
On first launch, you'll see a license input field. Copy your key from the email and paste it in — make sure there are no leading or trailing spaces. Then click Activate.
That's it. The license is now bound to your computer and will remain active for the duration of your plan. You don't need to re-enter it on subsequent launches.
